Nowadays, many management systems (LMSs) available marketplace offer electronic teaching tools. Choosing most appropriate LMS that fits needs requirements learner confusing difficult decisions any educational institution. Accordingly, need computer-based tool for getting help taking such decision rising on. This paper offers solution problem. It provides description about web-based support system named Easy Way Evaluate (EW-LMS). has been developed by adopting multi-attribute decision-making algorithm order select best depending on user needs.
